Company Profile

Erigal was incorporated in 2002 to combine the resources of two organisations:

  • Alliance Medical - a private sector provider of PET/CT, CT and MRI imaging services
  • M2i Holdings - a radiopharmaceutical manufacturer having already established a successful production unit in Dublin, Ireland

These two organisations forged a strategic partnership in order to establish a reliable, nationwide supply of PET radiopharmaceuticals - and thus advance the development of PET imaging as front-line medical imaging modality in the UK and Ireland.

Our business is built around the principles of quality and reliability. Recognising the importance of service continuity, we aim to deliver the most reliable supply of high quality radiopharmaceuticals. Our RPU facilities are all designed to optimise product quality, production capacity and reliability.

Our commitment to quality and reliability is demonstrated by our investment in the establishment of an un-rivalled network of 4 GMP-licensed production facilities in the UK and Ireland. Each of these units has a minimum of 2 clean rooms for routine production of radiopharmaceuticals, providing a unique back up capability.

Our People

Erigal employs highly-trained specialists in physics, radiopharmacy and quality assurance – each of whom plays a key role in providing an efficient and professional service. While you are sleeping, our teams start their day at 2am to produce and despatch the radiopharmaceuticals that you will use later that morning.
